How do I return an item?
Return or exchange an item - our 100% money back guarantee
Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We take
pride in the quality of the products we sell and offering great customer
service is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your
purchase, please follow the guidelines detailed below and we will be happy to
help you to return your purchase.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt.

Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation.
All damage and shortage claims should be made within 14 days of
delivery. If damaged upon arrival, you have the right to refuse the
order. Call our Customer Care Specialist at 1-305-592-3011 during business hours - Monday-Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. ET to report damages
and obtain a return authorization number.
A copy of the packing slip or the customer receipt must accompany all returns.
We will issue a full refund on receipt 5-7
business days of receiving the returned item at our warehouse, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item. Credit
can be given in the form of store credit upon request.
Please note:
- Goods will only be accepted for return if they are
dispatched within 14 days of delivery, unless we have
notified you otherwise.
- There is a 30% restocking fee.
- The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore
for your own protection we recommend that you send the
parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value
of the goods.
- The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
- Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty
and a refund is made.
NOTE: LARSEN'S FIRE EXTINGUISHER CABINETS ARE EXEMPT FROM THIS RETURN POLICY. Larsen's Fire Extinguisher Cabinets are ALL custom made to order items. A Triangle Fire, Inc. customer representative will contact you once your order has been placed to review the cabinet options selected before the order is processed and the cabinet is ordered.
