If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow the guidelines detailed below and we will be happy to help you to return your purchase.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt.

Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation.
All damage and shortage claims should be made within 14 days of delivery. If damaged upon arrival, you have the right to refuse the order. Call our Customer Care Specialist at 1-305-592-3011 during business hours - Monday-Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. ET to report damages and obtain a return authorization number.
A copy of the packing slip or the customer receipt must accompany all returns.
We will issue a full refund on receipt 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item at our warehouse, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item. Credit can be given in the form of store credit upon request.
NOTE: LARSEN'S FIRE EXTINGUISHER CABINETS ARE EXEMPT FROM THIS RETURN POLICY. Larsen's Fire Extinguisher Cabinets are ALL custom made to order items and are non-refundable non-returnable merchandise.
